Shipping Policy

Once you have completed your purchase the Artisan producing your item will be notified to start the manufacturing process within 48 hours.

At time of order you will be given an approximate delivery time.

Your shipping options are Ground, serviced by Estafeta and UPS and Express serviced by DHL and FedEx.

Shipping options and costs are quoted at checkout.

We will keep you abreast of the manufacturing process of your item via email or text, please verify that your email address is valid.

Once your item is complete we will notify you and include your tracking number via email, please verify that your email address is valid.

Before your item is shipped, our experienced and qualified staff inspects each item to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Our staff is overseen by a Master Artisan that checks each item so you may feel at ease, knowing that your item has been carefully examined by a highly qualified Artisan.

 

Return Policy

Almost all items purchased on artezzanos.com are special orders. The processing and manufacture of your item is not started until you have completed your purchase. Since your purchase is made especially for you, it is not eligible for return. Our goal everyday is your satisfaction. We go to great lengths to make sure that the item we are sending you is, the item you ordered. Therefor we advise you to assure you are content with the item you see on our platform before purchasing.

In the rare case your item is damaged a return is allowed.

Warranties of Handcrafted Goods

Artezzanos.com makes no warranties, neither expressed or implied regarding the purchase of your item. The customer acknowledges that due to the fact that your purchase is handmade when you place your order, that there may be slight variations in size and color. Every one of our Artisans is committed to recreating to the best of their abilities the item you saw and purchased on our platform. It is these slight variations that make your item unique and one of a kind.

 

Damages

Artezzanos.com guarantees that every shipment is packed to the highest standards. We use the latest in “Foam In Place packaging systems”. Each item we ship is a custom fit foam solution that gives your purchase superior damage protection and peace of mind knowing your item will arrive safe.

If your purchase arrives damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, you have 7 days from the date received to notify us of the damage. You can send us a picture of the damaged piece at info@artezzanos.com and one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 24 hours.

** At times Customs officials may open packages and alter the packing materials.

**In the rare case that your item is damaged due to a Customs inspection, we will gladly replace your purchase at no cost to you.
